Our Project has awarded for the Winning Prize !
Our project, which is among the last 6 out of 150 projects, has been awarded by the committee of the Turkish Oncology Summit 2019.
7th International Congress of the Molecular Biology Association of Turkey (MolBiyoKon19) has taken place at Istanbul Technical University from September 27 to September 29, 2019. Our Ph.D. student, İlke Süder has won the second best poster award!

OpenLab Activity at Biotech Fair in Istanbul Lutfi Kirdar Congress Center
Prof. Dr. Nesrin Özören, Acelya Yılmazer, Aylin Alkan, Hasan Ozan Otaş and Gizem Olay Artık participated in “OpenLab Applied Laboratory Workshop” activity at “Biotech, Life Sciences and Industry Fair” in 20-22.04.2017.
In the activity, basic experiments such as; “DNA extraction from kiwi and strawberry”, “Observation of antibiotic resistance on bacterial cultures taken from mouth swabs, hands, phones and coins of participants” and “Observation of different tissue layer on slides and fruitfly samples under light microscopes and dissecting microscopes” were done and demonstrated to audiance with their participation.
