Post-Doc Position Available
AKIL is looking for a dynamic post-doctoral researcher to work on different aspects of inflammasome activation. Candidates are expected to have an excellent record of achievement both academically and experimentally. At least two publications as first author from doctoral work are desirable. Experience with tissue culture, basic molecular biology techniques such as cloning, PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and ELISA are required. Flow cytometry experience will be a huge advantage. Compensation will be better than TÜBITAK’s scale for post-docs. AKIL is looking for two dedicated doctoral students to work on different aspects of apoptosis signaling, melanoma development and innate immune signaling. Candidates are expected to have an excellent record of achievement both academically and experimentally during master’s degree studies. Experience with tissue culture, basic molecular biology techniques such as cloning, PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and ELISA are desirable. Scholarships will be based on TÜBITAK’s scale.
